YouthBuild St. Louis AmeriCorps offers:
  • construction training There's more than one kind of resuscitation going on here!
  • courses in Adult Basic Education
    in preparation for the GED
  • training in job-readiness and life skills
  • training in community leadership
  • assistance with child care during training
  • paid stipends in housing renovation and for education during training
  • assistance with placement in jobs or apprenticeship programs at the end of training
  • assistance in continuing education at the end of training
  • Americorps community service education awards.
