Purpose: CTCA exists to provide an effective means through which the people in the area can work together to maintain and improve the living standards and social conditions of the area; to serve as a means of communication between our area and official governmental agencies; and to foster and encourage measures conducive to the improvement of the area by strict applications existing zoning and housing regulations.
