| Approval of March Minutes: Minutes of the March, 1999 meeting were approved with no changes. The treasurer's report was also approved at this time. |

NEW BUSINESS |
| Baseball Game: Scheduled for May 10, 27 tickets sold so far for $9 each. |
|
Crime Report: Officer Ramsey gave his opinion on the Mr's location, saying that the building was too small for a bar, suggested another use. He said crimes against property have risen. |
|
Easter Egg Hunt: The hunt went off despite the rain. Thanks to Yvonne Neighbors, Bob Voss, Maureen Brady, Ana Casey, Sam and Elaine DiCarlo, and Dean Meredith for their help. |

Dogtown Shirts: Shirts are almost sold out. You can get limited sizes at the Dogtown Frame Shop. |
|
Conditional Hearing: On Tuesday, April 20th there will be a hearing for 6457 Nashville (Utah House). Owner want a home occupancy waiver for a computer and home repair business. |

Neighborhood Happy Hour: Happy hour meet and greet will be on Wednesday, April 21 at 6 p.m. at Seamus McDaniel's. |

Mr.'s Bar: Mr. Meredith reported that there is someone interested in buying the bar and cleaning it up. The prospective owners are gathering signatures for a hearing. Watch for signs. |

Newsletter Delivery: CTCA needs someone to deliver newsletters. See Mr. Meredith if interested. |

Community Garden: Elizabeth Vogel said about 20 people came and moved rocks for plot borders. |

At Home Parents Get Together: Michelle Ferringdon said at home moms and dads were meeting monthly, call her for more information. |

St. Patrick's Day: Goal was to return neighborhood back to the way it was before the party. Dave Ramsey reviewed arrest reports and took comments from the audience. |

State Reps Report: Derio Gambaro siad he will send letter every other week to associations with updates. He has been talking with Capt. Oldani about beat cop, grant that funded them ran out they are looking for alternative funding. Standard deductions will increase and save people about $50-$150 on taxes. Housing tax credits are expected to pass for homes forty years old or more. Not in effect until 2000. There's a bill in the House to give retirees a full deduction. Also a bill to make penalties higher for breaking into cars, now it is only a misdemeanor. Hoping to make it a felony. Also working on tax credits for companies that donate to public and private schools. MODOT is making plans for major changes at Oakland. |
