Call to Order: Vice-President Paul Yaloures called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. |

Tom Bauer: State representative Tom Bauer spoke and told members about the results of the last session of the Missouri House of Representatives. He answered questions from the floor after he spoke. One of the bills that he iniciated this session would allow the return of neighborhood schools. |
|
Call for Ideas: President Dean Meredith passed out sheets soliciting ideas for the consideration of the association. |
|
Robert Ruggeri: Alderman of the 24th ward, Bob Ruggeri spoke and told members about current situations affecting the neighborhood. He discussed topics such as: airport expansion, bus shelter on Manchester, 50/50 sidewalk program, street light improvements, and how the tax money from the Admiral is planned to been spent. |

Officer Vize: Officer Bill Vize read the monthly crime report. |
|
Approval of April Minutes: Minutes of the April 23, 1998 meeting were approved with no changes. The treasurer's report was also approved at this time. |
|
Volunteer Opportunites: President Dean Meredith spoke about two opportunities that were currently available: the refreshment coordinator and the assistant secretery position. |
|
Letter to be Written: A member complained about the trash on his street from a few of the businesses on Hampton Ave. It was decided that the association would write a letter to the businesses reminding them that they should be respectful of their neighbors and be more diligent about the collection of litter in the area. |
|
Other Business: Mr. Meredith spoke about the following items: reminder that the CTCA baseball night is July 13 and that tickets are still available for $7 each; members were reminded about the CTCA website and email address; Pot of Gold and attendance prizes were awarded. |

Adjournment: There being no other business, Mr. Meredith adjourned the meeting at 9:30pm. |
