September Monthly Meeting

Date: September 12, 2004

Place: Brancich Residence

Attendees: Barack, Brancich, Rater, Kerz, Robinson, Torstenson

Old Business:

Architecture/Maintenance

Motion made and passed approving retaining wall replacement at 5760-5766 Kingsbury Square.

Financial

Board approved hiring a part-time accountant for annual membership billings. Barack and Sharma were given approval to select the best candidate from bids.

New Business

Annual Meeting Agenda & Logistics

Discussion was held re: the logistics for the meeting and agenda setting. It was agreed that a meeting reminder bulletin would be sent out to all residents. Also, the Association mailbox will be emptied just prior to the election day to count absentee ballots. Agenda was finalized as follows:

Community Updates from Invited Guests - Frank Williamson, Alderman; Rainey Crawford, Developer & Rehabber
Treasurer's Report Karun Sharma, Treasurer

Adjournment: Meeting adjourned at 12 noon.

Next Meeting: Annual Meeting on September 20 at 7 PM at Skinker/DeBaliviere Community Council Office. Next Board Meeting on October 13 at 6:30 PM at Brancich Residence.
