Annual September Meeting Issues:
Board will send out notice indicating that we need more participation and Indicate if it is not offered we will have to hire an external company
Increasing participation for board: There was a discussion about getting bids to have association management hired. The board also considered the possibility of hiring a property manager to take care of ground work. A discussion about the possibility of hiring a full time president to manage with the rest of the board as volunteer. Need to check in by-laws if we are required to be a volunteer board or if we have to be 100% elected. There was a discussion about merging the two associations and combining the by-laws. The work required to do this would be very high and would need some full time attention to organize vote and facilitate. These issues will be continue in discussion at later meetings.
