MOKAN CCAC

MOKAN'S MISSION is to assist small and/or minority contractors working in the building construction industry. or related fields with a trade, promotional and training programs in the Greater Metropolitian St. Louis Area.

To work toward the improvements of relationships with trade unions, suppliers, financial institutions and the community-at -large.

Purposes: To assist local contractors working in the building construction industry or related fields with trade, promotional and training problems in the greater Metropolitan St. Louis Area in the State of Missouri and vicinity.

To work toward the improvement of effectively communicating with employees, trade unions, suppliers, financial institutions and the community-at-large.

To work in conjuction with existing organizations and associations representing the building construction trades in all lawful matters of intrest to the industry as a whole

To promote contractors. the expansion of industry; and to protect any other legitimate common intrest of its memebers.

To improve the business and economic development opportunities of small and minority contractor by providing financial and technical assistance through Business Training, Contracting Negotiation and Loan & Bonding Procurment Programs.
