Services Provided:
- Locating non-custodial parents
- Establishing Paternity
- Establishing child support obligations
- Monitoring compliance with child support and insurance obligations
- Enforcing child support and health insurance obligations
- Monitor child support collections
- Reviewing support orders to determine if modifications are appropriate and refer modification to the Central Modification Unit
Eligibility Requirements:
- Custodial parents must be residents of the City of St. Louis.
- For custodial parents who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF, formerly AFDC)
and/or Medicaid benefits, Family Support Division - Income Maintenance refers cases to CSE.
- Custodial parents not receiving public assistance may apply for CSE services. They can obtain applications by visiting or calling the CSE office. There is no charge for these services.
- Prince Hall's Child Support Office only handles non custodial parents whos last name starts with the letters PAYNE, N to Z.
