My name is Ernest Singleton; I’m the office manager at Stepping Into
The Light Ministries. I received Jesus as Lord of my life at the age of
nineteen. Being a babe in Christ and not rooted in the Word it wasn’t long
(for me) before I fell. For over thirty years the spirit of alcoholism had me
bound. I am thankful that during
those years of backsliding God showed me Grace and Mercy. God led me to Stepping
Into The Light, where He knew that He could feed me His Word and strengthen my
spirit. I have since rededicated my life to God. I know that I have been
cleansed by the Blood of Jesus and that I am a Son of God looking forward
towards His righteousness and not looking back to my wilderness.
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and
of love, and of a sound mind.
