SLACO is a 28 year-old coalition of neighborhood associations and churches in the city of St. Louis. We are run by a Board of Directors composed of representatives from the community.
SLACO's mission is to improve the quality of life for residents of St. Louis Neighborhoods through community-based initative, including housing development, commercial development, crime prevention, leadership training, citizen empowerment and neighborhood organizing.
