Mission Statement

The mission of the Quality Service Network of the St. Louis Neighborhood Network is to improve the quality of practice by agencies and organizations serving families and children in St. Louis by increasing access to information, training, technical assistance, and other support and by increasing communication, coordination, and opportunities for collaboration among service providers.

ICA Champions: The ICA Champions are a select group of staff from the Children's Services Division and key Network partners who (through "Learning Circles") focus on specific strategies to spread the implementation of the Individualized Course of Action (ICA) and Family Support Team Meeting practice. They promote within the Network and its subgroups a climate of self-examination in order to inform decision making.

Hence, this Quality Service Network work group identifies ways to measure the Network's progress toward implementation of best practices and the outcomes of those practices. This new work group will continue the focus on developing evaluation strategies; and in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. Dawn East chairs the workgroup. The regular meeting time for the group is the second Tuesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. at the Neighborhood Network office.
