The Welcome Center for the Shenandoah Hub, located at St. Luke's United Church of Christ at 2348 Tennessee, is for planning community events, parent support groups, and socialization.

Shenandoah Hub has an annual community carnival, a Blue Ribbon Campaign to promote child abuse prevention, a student summer camp, a computer lab with ongoing classes, and other events.
