Mission Statement: The Children Affected by Violence Committee is a collaboration between St. Louis City Department of Family Services and community domestic violence organizations. The focus is on domestic violence and child abuse with a purpose of promoting safe families through community awareness, safe families, and resources. This committee is supported by the St. Louis Neighborhood Network and Missouri Coalition Against Domestic Violence.
