One of the primary goals
of the St. Louis Neighborhood Network is to reach families before
abuse occurs. This goal has resulted in new thinking about child
protection, based on a simple principle: enlist resources such
as families, neighborhood associations, schools churches, and
community-based agencies that are untapped by traditional responses
to child abuse and neglect.

bring together these people and organizations to deal with specific
issues surrounding child abuse and neglect.
