Each contestant at the State Contest will receive a certificate showing the rating given his/her entry by the judges. These ratings are I, II, and III, with I being the highest. The top winner of each group (grade level) will receive special recognition. The Group Winners in each division will receive a plaque for their outstanding achievement.
