ELECTRICTY-ELECTRONICS DIVISION

Entries in this division must be complete and in operating condition to enable the judges to test their operation. Operating instructions must accompany each entry. Instructions for entries must include schematic diagrams as well as the correct name and function of the project. Kits are only eligible in EL-4. Projects must be made safe to operate. Example: (High voltage wires, tubes, and other potentially dangerous components must be properly covered and labeled.) Note: The judges may partially disassemble the project for visual inspection and testing of components.

EL-1 CONSUMER ELECTRONICS
