The top entry in (24) Division's as selected by the Contest Committee and Executive
Board of TEAM will be recognized as the Grand Award winners. All Grand Award
winners will be announced during the TEAM Awards Program Ceremony. All entries
will be assigned a rating (I = 100-85, II = 86-70, III = 69-0.) One ribbon will
be awarded to each entry for craftsmanship rating of I, II, and III.
