2005 St. Louis Five Year Strategy

The City of St. Louis has prepared a Five Year strategy for 2005 to 2009. In 2004, the City of St. Louis received approximately $29 million through Community Development Block Grant programs. This plan examines the needs for these funds in the City of St. Louis and presents a series of short-term and long-term recommendations to address those needs.
