=A7 =20 Garden=20 District Commission Board members were present and introduced to = the=20 neighborhood residents.

=A7 =20 Tom=20 Pickel presented and update to the neighborhood with regard to = property=20 acquisitions and development progress in Botanical=20 Heights. Many reassurances were = given that=20 any development plans would be brought before the neighborhood = prior to=20 their implementation. = A=20 historical overview was given and currently there have been 125 = McBride=20 homes sold 8 are under construction to be = sold.

=B7 =20 NSO Luke Reven introduced the new = crime=20 reporting sheet with graphical representations of criminal = activity in the=20 neighborhood.

=B7 =20 A reminder was given that children = are to=20 play in the streets of the neighborhood. With day lights savings = time the=20 days are shorter and visibility decreases immensely. &n= bsp; &nb= sp; &nbs= p; =20

=B7 =20 A Tiffany resident reported a = raccoon=20 infestation in he neighborhood and asked that we be on the look = and call=20 animal control if there is a noticeable increase in vermin = sightings.

=B7 =20 Guest speaker and resident Becky = Luechtefeld spoke to our residents about = disaster=20 preparedness. She = will be=20 present at meeting for future Q&A on the topic
