The Highlands Office Complex
The Highlands is the first stage of a mixed use development that is being built on the old Arena site. The name "Highlands" is taken from the amusement park that stood on the site nearby for many years. The curve of the roof line represents the old roller coaster that many St. Louisans rode years ago at school picnics.
