Evaluate your event. How well did it work? Review the evaluation forms the web fair attendees filled out. Decide if this is something you want to do again. If so, how can it be better the next time?
Follow up with the local/neighborhood newspaper. Describe what happened at the event, and give the highlights. Give the URL so readers can go to your site and to the sites created at the web fair and learn more about your organization.
If you have the resources available (students, volunteers, staff), check in with event participants several months after it takes place to assess their needs. Use this information to start planning for next year's event (if you plan to make web fairs a yearly event).
