Develop your letter of invitation. This should be a longer letter explaining what a web fair is and briefly describe the classes offered, as well as the "carrot." It should also include a registration form.

At this point you will want to begin looking for volunteers to help you with your event (if you want to use volunteers). Send an e-mail or a letter. If web fairs are new to your community, be sure to include a description of each of the volunteer positions.

Begin holding the informational meetings (if this is what you are going to do). Again, make sure they are in accessible locations scattered throughout your community.
