After you have held a successful web fair, it's time to start writing thank you notes to all the people who volunteered their time to help you out, including the members of the steering committee. Volunteer recognition is very important, especially if you want to use volunteers again. In addition to the thank you letter, consider including a certificate of appreciation or some other way of expressing your thanks. The St. Louis CIN sent letters and certificates of appreciation signed by the Mayor.

If any companies have donated time, money, or anything else, they should also receive thank you letters and certificates.

Send out letters and event materials (contents of the folder, other handouts) to people who expressed an interest in the web fair but were unable to attend.
