Annual Compliance Certifications are NOT required for Basic State Operating Permits for the calendar year 2003 reporting cycle.

A variance request was approved by the Missouri Air Conservation Commission on December 4, 2003. The variance will apply to all Basic state installations as defined in 10 CSR 10-6.065, Operating Permits. This variance will relieve the Compliance Reporting requirement for the Basic State Operating Permit contained in 10 CSR 10-6.065 paragraph (4)(I). This variance will be in effect for eighteen (18) months or until 10 CSR 10-6.65, Operating Permits, is amended to modify the notification contents and remove the annual compliance certification requirements for the Basic Operating Permits, whichever is earlier. This is subject to modification as the MACC deems necessary and appropriate to further the purposes of the Missouri Air Conservation Law.
