What exactly is the "City of St. Louis"?

The City of St. Louis is 61.37 square miles of property bounded on the East by the Mississippi River and the rest by St. Louis County.
The City contains The Arch, The Edward Jones Dome, Busch Stadium, Forest Park, Union Station, the largest brewery in the U.S., and many other fine attractions.

How do I get copies of Laws which govern air pollution?

• View the ordinances:
  2003 City Ordinance 65645
  2002 City Ordinance 65442 (Asbestos).
  
• City Ordinances can also be ordered at City Hall from the City Register's Office at (314) 622-4145.
  Ask for Ordinances 65645 and 65442. The cost for the copy is around $10.
  
• A copy of Title 10, Division 10 Missouri Air Laws and Regulations can be obtained by contacting the Secretary of State's Office at (573) 751-1816. The cost for the copy is $25.
• Copies of Federal Air Pollution Laws are found on internet in various places. Try Thomas as a good jump point.
  Federal air regulations are contained in the body of the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 40, Chapter I Environmental Protection Agency, Subchapter C Air Programs, Parts 50-99.
