Public Access to past land use information is available IN HARD COPY FORM ONLY, per single address or area search, provided person(s) requesting such information come to the Planning & Urban Design Agency in person, at 1015 Locust, Suite 1200 (12th Floor), St. Louis, Missouri 63101.
Such information is not released over the telephone.
Person(s) requesting such information must (1) contact the environmental review officer to schedule an appointment; (2) come in person to sign the below-referenced Release, Waiver and Indemnification Form:
NEITHER THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS, THE ST. LOUIS PLANNING & URBAN DESIGN AGENCY, NOR THE ST. LOUIS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (NOR ANY OF THEIR CONSTITUENT AGENCIES) GUARANTY THE ACCURACY OR ADEQUACY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN. YOU ARE INSTRUCTED NOT TO RELY UPON THIS INFORMATION AND ARE FURTHER INSTRUCTED TO OBTAIN INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION OF ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED HEREIN.
RELEASE, WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION
The undersigned, ___________________________________________________ (print name and address) acknowledges receipt from the Community Development Administration (CDA), and/or the Planning & Urban Design Agency (PDA), and/or the St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC) of the documents/maps described below:

The undersigned recognizes and acknowledges that: (i) the information contained therein has been obtained and/or transcribed by CDA, and/or PDA, and/or SLDC from other independent sources; (ii) the accuracy and adequacy thereof is not guaranteed; and (iii) the undersigned represents that he/she/it shall not rely upon such information but rather shall obtain independent verification thereof.
The undersigned further recognizes and acknowledges that no employee, officer, director, commissioner, agent or constituent agency of CDA, PDA, SLDC or the City of St. Louis has been authorized to give any additional information or to make any representation with respect to the documents/maps, and, if given or made, such other information or representation must not be relied upon as having been authorized or accurate.
The undersigned hereby forever releases the City of St. Louis, CDA, PDA, SLDC and all their officers, directors, commissioners, employees, agents and constituent agencies (Releasees) from any and all now existing or hereinafter arising claims or judgments, legal, equitable, statutory or otherwise, relating to, directly or indirectly the information contained in the above described documents/maps (Claims).
The undersigned agrees not to distribute such information to any other person or entity and acknowledges that the documents/maps are intended only for use by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to forever indemnify and hold Releasees harmless from any and all Claims made by any person or entity who acquired such information, directly or indirectly, from the undersigned. The scope of this indemnification and hold harmless shall include damages, punitive damages, attorneys fees, court costs, witness fees, and costs and expenses incurred by Releasees associated with defending Claims.
