In regards to the recent Water Department mailing, customers already enrolled in the direct-payment program do not need to re-enroll.
For those customers that are not enrolled in the program but are interested, please be aware that there are no additional charges or enrollment fees.
The Water Rates Department collects water bills for the City of St. Louis Water Division. The Collector of Revenue acts as a collection agent only. Any inquiries regarding your water bill or water service should be directed to the Water Division, 1640 S. Kingshighway Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63110. The telephone number for the Water Division is 771-2255.
