When using public right-of-way (PROW), telecommunications systems compensate the City in one of two ways, depending on the type of system and/or the type of authorization issued by the Missouri Public Service Commission.

All companies are required to submit an Applications for Telecommunications Permit prior to any excavation of city streets or placement of conduit in City right of way.
