The Board of Estimate and Apportionment
Francis G. Slay, Mayor Darlene Green, Comptroller Lewis Reed, President, Board of Aldermen According to the St. Louis City Charter, the Board of Estimate and Apportionment shall consist of the Mayor, Comptroller and President of the Board of Aldermen. The Board of E&A is the City's executive branch of government and approves all City real estate purchases, appropriations and the City's annual operating budget. The Board of Estimate and Apportionment meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 2:00 p.m. in the mayor's board room located in Room 200 of City Hall. The following are the scheduled meeting dates for calendar year 2009. January 21, 2009 February 18, 2009 March 18, 2009 April 15, 2009 May 20, 2009 June 17, 2009 July 15, 2009 August 19, 2009 September 16, 2009 October 21, 2009 November 18, 2009 December 16, 2009 * These dates and times are subject to change.
