- 5 persons screened for tuberculosis (TB)
- 13 persons received mental health screenings
- 7 persons received substance abuse screenings
- 39 persons received behavioral health screenings
- 186 consumers seen in Benefits
- 113 consultations with employment services' providers
- 30 persons received birth certificates
- 50 persons applied for food stamps
- 26 persons applied for social security benefits
- 25 persons applied for veteran services
- 29 persons received legal assistance
- 97 clients received Housing Information
- 57 chronically homeless served
- 375 hygiene kits distributed to clients
- 26 consumers initial point of contact with CoC providers occurred
at Project Homeless Connect St. Louis.
