How do I start a petition?
The petition process is for individuals who are interested in circulating petitions to initiate legislation, recall elected officials, or call for a referendum.
The statewide petition process is conducted under the auspices of the office of the Secretary of State. For more detailed information contact the office of the Secretary of State, (573) 751-2301.
