Hello!
I'd like to give an update on Smooch, the long-hair tabby I adopted from you in October 2007. Smooch is a mild-mannered, very well behaved adult cat. She's just what my family needed! She is affectionate without being annoying and has a very quiet, polite "meow". She's very dainty, she won't eat anything if it isn't in her food bowl, except for the occasional piece of shrimp dropped from the dinner table. Quite the princess. She isn't a complete snob though, she loves to play. She chases around toy mice, balls, Hot Wheels, and she loves things that dangle, including my jewelry.
When I found Smooch on your adoption website, the description was very accurate! It said "Smooch will be right at home sitting in a warm window" and that's exactly what she does. She loves to sit on the window ledges and watch what goes on outside. She has a hilarious habit of crashing into the vertical blinds when she sees a bird on the balcony.
Smooch had already been spayed when I adopted her, so she was someone else's pet at one time. We are very lucky to have such a terrific kitty to complete our family. My 3 year old son once said "Smooch is my best friend!" We're very happy to be her pet humans. Thank you so much!
