ADOPTION SUCCESS STORIES

SUZIE

"From day one May 7, 2005, I just knew that this little dog would make a
wonderful pet and companion. Thank you all for putting up with me calling and coming down there to walk her. Special thanks to volunteer Ms. Jan, and also to Charles for finding Wayne to let me take her for her little walks. A little information on how Suzie is doing! Since she has come to be my new pet and also work companion, there have been no accidents either in the house or at work. We made a trip to the vet on Saturday (she is a good rider and the results are as follows: her weight is 15 pounds, no heartworms, did have hookworms but took meds for three
days and should be ok from now on, ears super clean, teeth in great shape. All in all her health is very good!

And now all about going home with me (who has two kitties, B-2 Bomber is one and the other is Zekie) they have been in control at the house for the last three years and aren't too sure of what to make of a critter who BARKS very loud. In the last two days they have at least been able to look at each other for about a grand total of 5 minutes with out hissing and growling. WE ARE MAKING HEADWAY in time I'm sure that we will all be able to live in some semblance of harmony. I hope!!

Again, thank you all, may God bless you all for the great work that you do.
Sincerely, Mary Ann & Suzie
