Welcome to St. Louis CityViewWelcome to CityView, Mayor Francis G. Slay's initiative to improve government performance. This web site contains a great deal of information about the CityView program, including a brief introduction.Why did Mayor Slay develop a government performance program? Check out our frequently asked questions section for the answer to that and many other questions. We have also included sections on methodology, program history, and goals for CityView. The CityView team conducted extensive research to develop this program. Our goal is to build a model program that other cities across the nation, even around the world, could implement.
