MethodologyThe CityView program works in partnership with each department in the program to:- Develop a good working relationship based on trust and respect. - Maintain open and proactive lines of communication. - Develop aggressive yet reasonable mission and goals with every department. - Collaborate with each department's leadership to identify accurate and fair performance measurements. - Frequently review and assess progress towards goals. These tasks revolve around the idea of partnership and sharing a common vision for the future of City government. Without that support and buy-in of all of the stakeholders, the goals of the CityView program would never be realized. 
Departments and the CityView team work through several key steps before formal presentation begins to the CityView Panel consisting of the Mayor, key staff and representatives of the Budget Department, Personnel Department and City Counselor's Office. |
