"McMillan Selected Recipient of the Eisenhower Fellowship" Michael McMillan, the youngest African American City-wide elected official in St. Louis, MO, has been selected among 8 national emerging leaders in the United States to receive the International Eisenhower Fellowship. His assignment will be completed in Ireland and Paris. Currently, he is the License Collector of the City of St. Louis; and, Committeeman for the 19 th Ward, St. Louis’ largest and most diverse ward. Previously, during a ten-year term as Alderman, he was responsible for generating over $1.2 billion dollars in economic development projects.Concurrently, he serves as Board Chairman of the St. Louis Community Empowerment Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to restore economic vitality and sustainability to urban communities.

Recent Press Releases and Announcements "City of St. Louis to Host 1st Annual Licensing and Business Resource Fairs" License Collector Michael McMillan and Collector of Revenue Gregory F.X. Daly have teamed up to continue to bring government closer to the community. They are sponsoring three business license and resource fairs throughout the City. Several economic development assistance agencies will be present along with financial institutions to assist companies in maintaining and expanding their business opportunities in the City. Through these fairs, the business community will learn about the public and private resources designed to encourage their growth.
