City Accessibility Survey Underway

The Office on the Disabled is conducting a survey about the accessibility of St. Louis City departments, services, programs, and communications. We’d like your input! The survey can be found on the Office on the Disabled website at http://stlouis.missouri.org/citygov/dhs/index.html#ootd

Please share your thoughts about accessibility in our city by completing this survey, or by contacting us at disabilityinfo@stlouiscity.com. Anyone interested in completing the survey by phone or having it mailed to them may contact Donna at the Office on the Disabled at 314-622-3687. We also welcome you to direct others that might be interested in completing the survey to our website or office for additional information. Response information will be used to further develop the city’s transition plans.
