Question Veterans

With families coming together for the holidays, it is a good time to ask the veterans in your family about their wartime experiences—and, don’t forget to get the stories from family members who experienced war from the homefront. Here are two question sheets, one for vets (“Veteran Questions”) and one for the homefront (“Homefront Questions”) to get you started.

Tom Gilmore, Korean War combat veteran, is interviewed at Soldiers’ Memorial for the Missouri Veterans Stories Project.
