9th Annual Chefs At The Market

Soulard Market is please to announce the exceptional chefs participating in our Chefs at the Market program this year. Many represent some of the best of the newer restaurants in the City, while others denote the backbone of the Industry. This free program is every Saturday morning through Sept.1. Class starts at 10 a.m. in the Market Courtyard and run 30-45 minutes.

Saturday, July 28 will highlight Michael Eagan, chef at the hot Park West Grille in Benton Park West. Chef Eagan previously worked at Charlie Gitto’s, St. Louis Steakhouse and other local high-end eateries and is now working magic at his own establishment.

Park West Grille serves upscale casual fare with a generous touch of eclectic fusion. In addition to designing the enticing menu, Chef Eagan assisted with the creation and renovation of the restaurant.
