Medical Insurance Premiums

Pardon our (Personnel Dept.) mistake. The medical rates for the new plan year were reported incorrectly last month. The new rates for medical insurance effective June 24 for payday July 13 are listed below.

Low Option

Employee Only - $ 0.00
Employee/Spouse - $108.91
Employee/Child(ren) - $ 69.35
Employee/Family - $ 227.56

High Option

Employee Only - $ 32.80
Employee/Spouse - $193.59
Employee/Child(ren) - $141.90
Employee/Family - $348.54

All employees will remain in the same medical insurance coverage unless a change form was completed during open enrollment.

As indicated in the open enrollment material, routine office visit co-payments have decreased from $20 to $15, specialist co-payments have increased from $20 to $30 and emergency room co-payments have increased from $100 to $150 per incident. All other benefits remain the same.
