The West End Community Center was built in 1897 featuring a double gymnasium, game room, boxing room and handball court.

Activities at the center include arts and crafts, basketball, cheerleading, dance, double dutch, football, tumbling, table games, softball, game room fun, skating, handball, racquetball and volleyball.
