An ordinance creating the 41XX-43XX Lindell Historic District Notwithstanding the provisions of Ordinance 57986, and incorporating by reference the standards of the Central West End Historic District, with an emergency clause.
SECTION ONE. The provisions of Ordinance 57986 to the contrary notwithstanding, the 41XX-43XX Lindell Historic District is hereby created to include the following area:
SECTION THREE. The provisions of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be severable from the provisions of Ordinance 56768 so that, if this Ordinance is declared invalid by final judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction, Ordinance 56768 shall not be affected thereby.
SECTION FOUR. This Ordinance being declared necessary for the protection of the public health, safety and wefare, it is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance within the meaning of Article IV f the St. Louis City Charter.

Beginning at the point of intersection of the East line of Boyle Avenue with the South line of Lindell Boulevard in City Block 3914, thence Eastwardly along the South line of Lindell Boulevard to the point of intersection with the West line of North Sarah Street in City Block 3914, thence Southwardly along the West line of North Sarah to the point of its intersection with the South line of an east-west alley, with City Block 3914; thence Westwardly across all intersecting streets along said South alley line [to its intersection] with the East line [of] North Newstead to the point of its intersection with the South line of Lindell Boulevard, in City Block 3907; thence Eastwardly along said South line of Lindell Boulevard, to the point of beginning.
SECTION TWO. The standards of the Central West End Historic District are hereby incorporated by reference and are determined to be the standards governing this 41XX-43XX Lindell Historic District.
