The public comment review period began on Wednesday, February 5, 2003 and will extend through Wednesday, March 5, 2003. Midway through the review period, a public meeting will be held. The public meeting will include a presentation by the consultant team and a public hearing to be conducted by the City of St. Louis Planning Commission. All interested parties will have the opportunity to express their comments and questions. All residents and stakeholders in the study area are invited to attend. The details for this meeting are listed below:
Presentation and Public Hearing
Following the public meeting, PDA will analyze the various review comments received and make the final revisions to the Executive Summary and Appendix. At one of its regularly scheduled meetings (generally the first Wednesday of the month), the Planning Commission will then vote on whether to adopt the Midtown Strategic Development Plan as a Neighborhood Plan. The date of that meeting has not yet been determined, but it will be posted on this Web site.
