The Research Division of the Planning and Urban Design Agency provides information, analysis and policy evaluation in support of the planning and development functions of the City of St. Louis. In addition to city government, all those who live, work or otherwise have an interest in the city are also clients. The Division consists of three full time individuals, and a variety of key interns, all committed to a collaborative approach with colleagues through city government and other public and private agencies concerned with the betterment of the St. Louis community.
