About LaredoWhat records can I access? In City of St. Louis, the index of real estate documents recorded beginning June 1982, and the document images since January 1, 1994 are available. Older microfilm images are being scanned as time allows. What equipment do I need? Operating system must be minimum of 32 meg of Memory. You must have Internet connection, minimum 56K modem. Pentium processor or better. Monitor capable of at least 800 X 600 resolution, 16 bit high color. If your firm is large and you have a firewall or Internet by proxy, you will require assistance from your technical support services. What are the fees? You pay a flat rate of $350.00 monthly for one user name and password. Additional passwords can be purchased $200.00 monthly. You must deposit with the recorder of deeds office a check to cover the first month fee and any copies of images you print. Copies of documents are $3.00 for the first page and $2.00 for each additional page. Are there disclaimers I should read? Yes. Click DISCLAIMER which includes "wall dates." How do I set up my search?
