The new Reentry One Stop Career Center (REOS)

will collaborate with community organizations to link persons with convictions to employment, vocational training, housing assistance, substance abuse, and health/mental health issues. The ultimate goal of REOS is to reduce recidivism. We can train and connect hundreds of offenders to employment and other services. Data has shown that offenders who are provided assistance and connected to employment do not recidivate.

REOS was initiated by a collaboration between SLATE, Missouri Probation & Parole, and U.S. Probation (Eastern District of Missouri).
