Ivy Hartman came to STL TV in October 2001 and now hosts and co-produces STL TV's longest running show, City Life Neighbor to Neighbor. She also co-hosts St. Louis' only one-hour live television show Best of the STL. Ivy is no stranger to live performance as she most recently performed improvisational comedy at Union Station's City Improv. She also spent over a year producing and reporting television news for an ABC affiliate in Columbia, Missouri. Although she is a California native Ivy spent her first two years of college at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and went on to finish her degree in Mass Communications: Broadcasting at California State University, Hayward.

Outside of STL TV Ivy works with high school students as a College and Career Specialist. She also appears on SBTV.com (Small Business Television) as a news anchor and reporter.
