Dzevada Keranovic Monica Sauls is a high-energy training and communications professional that engages audiences with her enthusiasm for developing and inspiring others. Monica is passionate about education and has developed several creative learning programs.

Monica has trained and coached thousands of adults, corporate managers/supervisors, students, employees, and members of the community in topics related to Communication, Career Development, and Management/Leadership. Monica has managed leadership development and training and development departments for fortune 500 retail and manufacturing organizations. In addition to working in corporate environments, Monica has been an adjunct instructor at Keller Graduate School of Management MBA program. Monica writes, produces, and hosts STL TV's Metamorphosis, a show designed to provide insights on career and life transitions.

Monica attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She went on to achieve a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at University of Minnesota. While in school, she studied multicultural and international issues and received two minors: Spanish Literature/Language and Black American Studies. Monica continues to work and grow her knowledge of cross-cultural relations. She has visited and worked in countries such as Costa Rica, Spain, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, Canada, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, China, Egypt, Turkey, Italy, and Greece.
