Congregation Chai v'Shalom has been at 6327 Clayton Avenue since the winter of 1997. It is a mission congretation of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, whose core value is the proclamation of the gospel of Y'shua (Jesus) to all people and especially to the Jewish people to the end that by God's grace many would come to faith in Jesus as their Messiah. Rev. Kevin Parviz (himself a Jewish believer in Jesus) is the pastor of the congregation, which begain in worship in April, 1998. Having quickly outgrown the facility in Dogtown, the congregation worships in Town & Country, but still houses its offices and community center here.
They host many activities and bible studies during the week at their Dogtown location, and the Pastor and counseling services also are located here. You can learn more about their worship services by calling (314) 645-4456 or email them at ChaivShalom@aol.com or visit their web site at www.ChaivShalom.org |
