College Hill Community 2000 is a nonprofit Missouri Corporation incorporated to stabilize and improve the College Hill neighborhood.
Residents of College Hill began meeting in the summer of 1992 at Inner City Christian Church. With the help of Operation Safe Street and other neighborhood organizations, the residents elected officers, adopted bylaws, developed articles of incorporation, and successfully incorporated in Missouri in January 1993.
The physical boundaries of College Hill Community 2000 are West Florissant on the South, Interstate 70 on the North, East Grand Avenue on the East, and East Warne on the West.
College Hill Community 2000 meets quarterly on the fourth Wednesday of January, April, July and October. We meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Neighborhood Council Building at 3808 West Florissant Avenue at East Prairie.
